Due to Covid 19, we can not accept any returns or exchanges on any gear this includes gloves, helmets, boots, leathers, inner suits, etc.
Returns and Exchanges :
You have 30 calendar days from the shipment date of your order to return or exchange an item. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Your item must be in the original packaging, so please save all packaging when you receive the item until you are sure you are keeping it!! Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase in the package when we receive it.
ALL SALES ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL.
No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size, and it's available. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error:
Incorrect customer orders may be exchanged for any other item but a restocking fee will apply. Customer will pay the additional shipping for new item.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying shipping for all return items. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. All our shipping rates are for the lower 48 states. TT Moto Gear is NOT responsible for items once they are delivered by the carrier. Contact the local office for that carrier directly ASAP in the event an item shows delivered, but you have not received it. If a carrier has not deliver your item(s) in a timely manner, please contact us for support. TT Moto Gear is not responsible for customers entering incorrect shipping addresses.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Use original packaging. Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions (Include a copy of your invoice with all returns). Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
